Ark Veterinary Practice carries a fully stocked in-house pharmacy of named brand, generic and custom formulations for all of your pet’s routine, urgent and after-hours needs. We recognize the ease of use of online pharmacies these days and so to help satisfy everyone’s preferences we have a prescription mailing and delivery service to make sure you get the medications and diets your pets need when they need it at the prices you expect.  We can also authorize prescriptions to outside human pharmacies and online veterinary pharmacies to fill more urgent medication refills when you are on the go and traveling out of town.

Just like human medicine, an up-to-date annual exam is required to maintain a VCPR (Veterinary Client Patient Relationship) to allow us to refill any prescriptions. In some cases, a current blood panel is needed to continue on a certain medication so please be prepared to get these updated before your prescription is filled. All controlled substance refills require a pet visit every 3 months to keep everyone safe.

We carry Prescription Diets for Hills Science Diet,  Purina and Royal Canin for all of your cat’s and dog’s needs.
